FESCO provides expertise in the recruitment of foreign workers or professionals. We ensure the whole process of selection and placement runs smoothly, by taking an active role in the foreign recruitment exercise. This includes preliminary sourcing of candidates, briefing them on the terms and conditions of employment, processing of all documents such as work permits or employment passes to the relevant authorities. We are also an accredited agency licensed by the Ministry of Manpower to recruit PRC workers from China.

Furthermore, we undertake the responsibility of adapting and assimilating the selected candidates for employment and settlement in Singapore, by conducting orientation courses for them.
