1. Post Resume to FESCO

Walk in to one of FESCO’s 2 offices and have a chat with any of our friendly and approachable recruitment consultants about your career options. There, you may hand your resume over to any recruitment consultant personally or if you have yet to prepare one, you may fill up a standard FESCO job application form on the spot.

If you prefer to post your resume online, you may do so by emailing your resume to jobs@fesco.com.sg

Alternatively, you may prefer to fill up a job application form online and apply for suitable jobs instantly. To view all job opportunities listed by date click on “Jobs Available”.

2. Resume Processing

FESCO will process your resume once it’s posted. We will endeavor to match you to a job that is suited to your personality and strengths, and in accordance to your requirements.

3. Response from FESCO

After posting your resume, one of our recruitment consultants will contact you to seek out your career interests and options within the next few days. We are committed to offer you assignments that are tailored to your passion and interests. It is our priority to assist you in finding jobs, which we feel, will develop your skills and experience further.

Please kindly call our consultants if you do not hear from us within the next few working days.

4. Accept/Decline Job Interview(s)

If you are short-listed for a job interview, you are at liberty to accept or decline the job interview. If you have agreed to accept the job interview, you’ll be required to attend the interview as arranged by our recruitment consultants.

However, should you decide not to attend the interview as arranged, please kindly notify our recruitment consultants immediately.

We do not charge you any fees for securing a job through us.

5. Attend an Interview for chosen job

Please kindly bring along your identification card or passport, educational certificates and testimonials when you attend a job interview.

Attending the interview: First impressions count. As much as many of us would like to believe that we are unaffected by appearance, this is not true for the majority. You should always dress appropriately and smartly for an interview, paying attention to your appearance to create the best impression.

It is not necessary to overdress for the occasion. Wearing a tie would suffice for males. For females, avoid wearing short skirts or revealing clothes. For both sexes, always wear covered footwear.

If you are unsure about the dress code, kindly ring up our office and our consultants will be most glad to assist you.

6. Passed/Failed Job Interview(s)

If our clients feel that you are a suitable candidate, our consultants will prepare an agreement for you to sign. Please read the Terms & Conditions of the contract carefully before you place your signature on paper.

Your job offer is confirmed and you have secured a job. Congratulations.

However, if you have not met the requirements, our consultants will assign you to other jobs which you may be interested in. There will be no fee charged. We will endeavor to match your unique talents and skills to a company that best suits you.
